    My! There are indeed different kinds of diet. I never thought eating egg, for instance, is something to be considered as well. And I find those who follow such kind of diet as truly dedicated.

    Wow, this is too broad to assimilate. It is something interesting that would actually encourage me to venture into vegetarian diets. Yes, this is quite challenging as we Filipinos are really into tempting and luscious, but unhealthy food. Thank you so much for providing such an informative post about vegetarian diets.     Oh! This is the first time I came across of such vegetarians.I only thought that vegetarians are those who only eat plant based food.But,avoiding spices even those come from plants is really new to me.Anyway recently I met a person who is a vegetarian,but avoid food items such as mushrooms too.Interesting post.Thanks for sharing such knowledge!

    I eat meat, veggies and fruits. And although I love vegetables, like you, I don’t think I’ll ever survive just eating meat. Really does require a lot of self-discipline on this one. Just the of my favorite foods, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to resist them. lol. But wow, so among the vegans are a different type of vegans pa pala. Ang galing!
