This is one of my goal this year, i have to filled my stomach with full of fiber rich foods which includes Oat meal and of course, fruits. I trying my best to eat at least 3 or 4 fruits per day. Fruits are not only delicious but healthful too. They are rich in Vitamins, folate and other essential nutrients that our body needs. They can prevent heart disease and stroke, they can control blood pressure and cholesterol. Just like what i said, they are rich in fiber too! Substantial fiber is great for digestive system and encourages regular vowel movements. Of course, it can be a part of a healthy diet too, and actually it is a must be in every kind of diet you have. But just make sure you choose nothing but fresh fruits okay!</p>

Well, it seems that it is not effective to me at all. There&#8217;s no one to be blamed here but myself because i simply can&#8217;t resist the temptation of eating rice. Rice is a stable food here in our country and i just can&#8217;t imagine why Americans managed not to eat rice everyday. Is it really that difficult to take Rice away from your meal? Maybe i should look for an alternative way other than this useless &#8220;No Rice Diet&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">However, there are so many diets out there to choose from and i don&#8217;t have any idea which of them really works. They said that I should try the so called &#8220;Low-Fat Diet&#8221; as it can help you to lose up to 13 lbs within a short period of time. Yeah that&#8217;s really amazing but i don&#8217;t know how the hell to calculate my calories consumption and I don&#8217;t know how to classify which are the low fat foods and which are not. Well, i think i would rather look for <a href="http://www.weightlosspillsthatwork.net/">Weight loss pills that work fast</a> than wasting my time looking for some effective alternatives. I can say that i am such a Sticky Note boy. I used to jot down things that i likely to forget. I used to be that guy who forget things easily that&#8217;s why i always bring my organizer with me to jot down reminders, schedules and even birthdays and telephone numbers. I&#8217;m not really good at memorization, no wonder why i always get low scores on every exam that require us to memorize. I used to have a bulletin board near my working area to post all my pending assignments and all the things that i have to do on that day. My office mates used to remind me to jot things down too because they know that i tend to forget things easily ahhaa.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I just don&#8217;t know if there are therapies or medicine for this. I don&#8217;t know if it is considered as a disorder either. They said that this might be a sign that i will suffer from Alzheimer&#8217;s Disease in the near future which worries me a lot. They said that i should take foods that can sharpen my memory and take medicine to avoid worst case scenario. What do you think guys? Any advice?</p>

It is said that Nicotine is a stimulant which raises blood pressure and is dangerous for both lungs and heart. Though i have read some articles stating that it has therapeutic benefits too. Anyway, this chemical is present on both Tobacco and manufactured cigarettes.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">It&#8217;s true that there are people who simply can&#8217;t resist to smoke. Just like my dad, it&#8217;s like a daily habit already. I think my dad consumes 3 to 4 packets of cigarette every day. He sometimes smoke tobacco specifically the &#8220;<a href="http://www.famous-smoke.com/brand/black+and+mild+by+middleton+cigars">black and milds</a> cigars by Middleton&#8221; but most of time, he used manufactured cigarettes because they are more affordable. There has been an on going argument whether Tobacco is healthier than manufactured cigarettes or not.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Manufactured cigarette contains not only the nicotine but also other harmful chemicals like carbon monoxide which is not present in any Tobacco cigarettes. It says there that i will get a chance to meet the right girl this year and i better go grab the opportunity. Well, that&#8217;s something i am definitely looking forward to! haha.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Over all, my year will be fair and normal. My career be a little bit pressuring this year but i will be able to manage everything. They also said something about my health. According to my horoscope, i should be paying more attention about my health because i will be facing some issues about it this year which makes me a little bit worried.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">We have history of heart related problems and i am kinda scared that i might have the same condition too. I think i should start paying attention to what i&#8217;m eating. I gained so much weight lately because of the series of occasions like Christmas, New year, my birthday and just recently, we celebrated  mom&#8217;s golden birthday. I ate a lot of unhealthy foods which ruined my diet. And now, i have to go back from scratch again. However, this time will be more challenging.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I saw a stretch marks right under my left arm which is so disappointing.</p>

I just don&#8217;t know if there are surgical treatments now for stretch marks but for sure they will be very expensive. So right now, i have to hit the gym as often as i can, minimize my meals, take dietary supplements and look for effective treatment to <a href="http://reducingstretchmarks.net/">reduce stretch marks</a> and make it at least less visible.</p>
