It's Me! Blue Dreamer!

Sorry for my very late post. I went through a very tough week after being assigned as an OIC to groom those newly hired employees. Anyway, i’m here to buzz about what I did last Maundy Thursday. Visita Iglesia is a Roman Catholic tradition during lent by attempting to visit at least seven different churches or parishes. It is commonly referred also as “Seven Churches Visitation”. Here, We ‘re going to recite the 14 Stations of the Cross. It was a relaxing experience to accomplish such tradition. I was able to visit 11 different churches. Actually, I was aiming to visit 14 but I don’t know much churches here in our place so I ended up with 11 but I know that it’s not the main purpose of this event. It’s how you offer your faith and pay tribute to this very special occasion. Anyway, it took me 5 hours before completing the 14 stations. I even run out of battery during my visitation which made it hard for me to contact my mom to inform them where I am. It’s past 10 in the evening so it’s quite dangerous for me to travel alone. I should have brought an extra battery or better yet purchased a long lasting one like that saft ls14250. Saft batteries are designed to last up to 10 or 20 years. Whoah? Imagine how remarkable it would be if these batteries are applicable to our mobile phones too right? Anyway, I’m going to post more photos with regards with my Visita Iglesia trip in my next entries.

She’s done completing her community service, skipping her Shoplifting classes, done with her DUI cases and the jewelry theft case is almost forgotten. Lindsay Lohan definitely went through a lot of ups and downs and good to know that she made it through everything and she was given another shot to change her life and put herself into limelight and THAT IS when she’s really willing to change for good. I think she learned her lesson and thanks to her therapy and series of rehabilitation programs which helped her recover from such a deep dark nightmare. It must be the darkest part of her career but she was enlighten by these programs to start a brand new living, free from any addiction. Let’s cross our fingers that she will never take that path again on her career. Just like what I have read from http://www.rehabhelp.com/ addiction starts from our innocent and curious minds and it happens before we even realized that we are being drowned by addiction and we can hardly recognize ourselves from the way we were before.  There’s a cure indeed and just like what happen with Lindsay, there’s always a way out and there’s always a chance to change and start a better living.

Congratulations Milzon for being third in your class. He just got a medal today and as I promised, I’m going to take him out for a treat. I am probably one of the proudest brothers in  the world for being so blessed to have an amazing little brother like him. I think i must came up with some creative ideas for gifts so that i can offer something he will surely enjoy. Actually he’s asking me to watch movies in theater since he’s been aiming to watch “The Lorax” after watching the trailer last week. Well, that’s not a bad idea actually so we might buy tickets next week. Speaking of movies, I’m you guys have heard of the upcoming ” The Bourne: Legacy” huh? I’m pretty excited about that film because it’s going to showcase our country since most of the film production was done here. Actually they did some casting calls here and they even hired some of our local celebrities to be a part of the said film. I am not really into film making you know, but we did some school related projects before and that’s really fun to direct your own film. Oh how i wish i can be a college student again and have those kind of stuffs again and I think we should have look for a site to promote our film and to create more buzz about it back then haha. How about you guys? Have you done making your own film before? How does it feels like and how well did it go?

Just like what I told you, I am quite interested with books right now and I’ve been reading novels for 5 consecutive months now and I make sure to finish a book at least once a month. I’ve read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows last November, I am Number Four last December, The Client last January, The Power of Six last month and now, can you guess the book I’m currently hooked with? Tim, once again, shared one of his books to me. I’m currently reading the Anansi Boys, written by Neil Gaiman. This is my first time to read a Neil Gaiman’s work though i used to hear his name before from some of my book-lover friends too.  I’m not sure with the story yet so I can tell any further details. The story revolves around Fat Charlie and his father who was an Anansi or God. Well, that’s all I can tell right now but compare to my previous books, this is something new to me so I’m pretty intrigued about the story and how far will it goes beyond my imagination.
