Over 2 Million Audiences Reached by Doraemon’s I’m Your Hero Campaign!

Ever since Doraemon’s I’m Your Hero campaign kicked off last August 7 starting on SM City North EDSA – The Block, the campaign has been warmly embraced by many Filipinos (Check: Doraemon Is Back With I’m Your Hero Campaign). In fact, in just a span of 3 months, the School Adventure and ROADventure have gathered almost 2 million walk-in audiences composed of families, kids, and millennials have heard Doraemon sharing the values and principles that could draw out the hero in everyone. The Mall Tour went to SM City Manila, SM San Mateo, SM City Taytay and SM City Sta. Mesa.

This overwhelming success is not really surprising at all. Doraemon has been around since early 70s and the character and his friends have been loved by kids and even kids at heart of almost every generations. Doraemon’s story is about helping and supporting its friend, Nobita, through life’s challenges, utilizing techniques and gadgets that it brought from the future. This is essentially the same message it imparts to the public today: that kindness, concern, generosity, and respect for others are heroic qualities that help make the world a better place.

One of the most interesting highlights of Doraemon’s I’m Your Hero Campaign is the “Roadventure Mall Tours” Doraemon will be touring the metro through a series of mall activities which started off last August 7 at SM North EDSA – The Block. The event will showcase the first ever Doraemon “I’m Your Hero” van where the participants can like, shoot, post, and share their photos and unique experience during the event together with the 16-ft Inflatable Doraemon. They will also get a chance to take photos with Doraemon himself!

Animation International (Philippines), local licensing agent of Doraemon, and SM Supermalls, look forward to the continuation of the tour, knowing how the fun-filled shows, games, and meet-and-greet sessions with Doraemon and Nobita will be met by its audience with great gladness and joy. The ROADventure is also supporting SM Supermalls’ #EverydayIsPlayDay and #SMKidsMonth2017.

The upcoming schedules are SM Masinag (Oct. 19-22,2017), SM BF Paranaque (Oct. 27-29,2017) and SM MOA (Nov. 17-19,2017).

►October 28 and 29 – 3PM & 5PM – SM BF Paranaque
►November 4 and 5 – 3PM & 5PM – Robinson’s Manila

    This will surely be a fun way to visit the mall. I know a grown up who loves Doreamon. I am positive he will find time to visit one of the mall where Doreamon and his gang would visit. And the kids would surely request their parents to accompany them.

    Oh this is cute! I remember when i was young, Doreamon is one of my fav afternoon tv program. Now that i have kids, they love doreamon too! Glad you included the scheds of their roadventure.. we might try to check the date for Mall of Asia. Though it would be better if they have an sched in alabang area too! Much closer to us 🙂
