Legends And Villains 3 By Ricco Renzo Art Gallery

Have you been to Mall Of Asia recently? Well, you’ve probably noticed an interesting Art Gallery in their Main Atrium area. I was on my way home from the exhausting yet completely rewarding AsiaPop Comicon (which I will blog real soon) when this gallery took my attention. It’s entitled Legends and Villains 3 which is brought by Ricco Renzo Art Gallery. It is basically a collection of amazing new artworks from over 30 contemporary artists!

As what the title of the exhibit connotes, the gallery features various images and artworks that are merely inspired from different superheroes and villains that we all grew up loving with. From Superman, Batman, Wolverine, The Joker  and more.  From Marvel to DC, name it, they got it all for you!

The exhibit started last August 26, 2016 and unfortunately lasted last Sunday (August 28, 2016). I was lucky enough to see all these insane artworks upclose. These art pieces are actually for sale. Luckily, for those who have missed the exhibit, there will be a extended run! IMG_1215tThe extended run, however, will no longer be in MOA but will be transferred to Ricco Renzeo Art Gallery in Makati City. The extended run started yesterday (August 29, 2016) til September 5, 2016.

I’ve seen the first exhibit of this and it was really cool. So they are now on their third exhibit? So sad that I didn’t get to see the second one. I love checking out art galleries. My favorite here would be the Wolverine and the Darth Vader pieces. They looked really awesome.

I love this art!! It’s great. If I lived nearby, I would definitely take look there. I already have 2 favorites. The one of the riddler. Ans the one of Darth Vader. Yeah I’m a huge star wars fan. So i absolutely like that one :).

I love painting.. but this is one of my frustrations.. I do remember sketching on paper.. and one of those characters I sketch are marvel heroes.. I admire people who can paint… I can see their focus and concentration, and also enjoyment when they paint these master pieces.. for hours and hours.. so amazing!
