As what i have said before, i am sort of a book lover now and i was highly influenced by one of my colleagues. He actually gave me that “I am Number Four” book and since then, i became more interested to read more. Though i don’t feel like reading romance or drama or even horror books (since i prefer to watch them on the big screen as they are visually presented there). I want to read more Sci-Fi , Mysteries and other fantasy or fiction novels. Currently, i am reading a mystery book which was adapted to a film during the 80′s. The Client is written by John Grisham which tells a story of an Eleven year old kid named Mark Sway who witnessed a suicidal act of the lawyer named Jerome Clifford. What makes the story more interesting is that Jerome told something to Mark Sway that he shouldn’t know which brought his life to danger. It’s more like a Sherlock Holmes thing because you have to solve those mysteries one by one and you have to solve the puzzle one by one. If you’re going to put your place in the story, then you might act up like a detective to solve the Boyd Boyette’s case. This is my first time to learn something about the law and how the court proceedings are being done. Actually i was just in Chapter 16 out of the 41. It’s the part where Dianne Sway (Mark’s mother) got fired from her work because of not attending to her work which is quite unfair because she had to be with her sons in the hospital as advised by their doctor. Good thing Reggie Love came to rescue her and threaten her employer to sue them. I think employees have the rights to complain if they’ve been treated unfair like Dianne Sway but of course, the company itself has the right and privileges too especially before hiring any employees. They can do some background check to know if you are really deserving to be hired. Oh well, i don’t want to spoil the story completely though i know most of you are already aware of it since it is quite old already. I guess you have watched the film too. But if not yet, then better read the book on your own risk to feel how exciting it is. Have a great day guys and Happy blogging to all.

We cannot deny the fact that one of the dirtiest parts of a house next to the bathroom is our Kitchen and the dirtiest parts of a kitchen are no other than the kitchen sink and the countertops. These are the two main places where we usually work in. We cut, we chop, we wash, we store and we cook here so most likely, these are the places that are being exposed more to germs especially if you’re using ceramic or glass tiles. Dirt can be trapped if the grout is not being applied properly in each tiny spaces between each tiles. Ceramic is probably one of the cheapest finishing material available yet is is prone to germs and bacteria especially if the material is not being installed properly. They might be elegant and immensely beautiful in appearance but the durability and the quality is not so satisfying unlike the quality being offered by those granite Burlingame countertops. Granite is highly durable, heat and scratch resistant and easy to maintain. Though it is really necessary to maintain in as often as you can for a long lasting beauty effect, the quality is undeniably amazing. If you were to choose between the two finishing material, what would you prefer? Ceramic or Granite?

SALN stands for Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth which requires every government employee to declare their total assets, liabilities and net worth. Well, it’s quite irritating to hear the same news from one tv stations to another, same thing goes with the newspapers and radios. However, as a citizen of this country, i have to be aware of this on going impeachment because this is one of the best ways that our administration can do to get rid of these corrupt officials. I can’t deny the fact that i am pretty impressed with our current administration and in my Opinion, i think this is a great move for them a stepping point towards our country’s improvement. SO people of the Philippines!! Please Do VOTE for me for this upcoming Election hahaha (just kidding). Have A great day guys!

Well, i took Education in college, hoping that i will become a good teacher someday but i had to stop schooling and focus more on my work. Ironically, even though i was in the field of teaching, i had my very first job where i deal with house planning which is way far my field. Then a year after, i took another job which is something related to customer service which is not really an ideal job for me hehe. I wish i could have more time to continue my Education course but i can hardly get a good schedule. This may sound crazy but there where times that i want to be in a nursing school too not just because the the new girl residing few blocks away from our house is also a nursing student but also because i really admired this profession especially when i get to discover that medical school san jose online. I wonder what would i look like if i am wearing those white coats or scrubs hahaha. Actually when i was a kid, i used to portray the role of the doctor and my playmates are my patients. I used to give them medical receipts writing some sort of hieroglyphics hahaha. Anyway, i am still not sure what would be my permanent profession would be but seriously, i really want to have a degree that i can used for life time.

It sure takes a lot of risky decisions and you probably need a big capital for it not unless you will be selling fake or imitations LOL. But seriously, you can actually start a jewelry business using other materials which are cheap yet high quality. Have you seen a charm shop? They make used of Jade, and other gem stones for their bracelets and necklaces. Same thing goes to those swarovski crystals. Though I think they are considered as “accessories” more than being a jewelry. The value is not that high but still worthy. But of course, if you wish to start such business, you need to have all the equipments that you will be using to make such crafts including the pliers, the molders, the clasps and the “s hooks” which are used to connect both ends of a necklace or a bracelet. Anyway, the reason why i am discussing it right no is not because I will be entering this kind of business but because my mom is eager to start a new way to earn extra cash but she do not have any idea about what kind of business she would be going to. I think this will suit her best and i think it would be a big hit and charms and crystals are pretty in demand today. Maybe i would suggest this to her.

Are you guys into music? I think All of us do. I love listening to some soft yet powerful ballads or some upbeat yet not to loud songs. I am also a certified old music lover and I am a big fan of Motown and Country music. Other than listening to my favorite songs, i think i can do nothing more for music because I am not a good Singer and I don’t know hot to play any instrument either. Oh how i wish i can but singing is more of a talent and not a skill that you can learn. There might be some points to improve your vocal range but if you really can’t sing well, then it might take time before you see the improvement. Playing musical instrument, on the other hand, is my only chance to learn. You can train yourself to play a certain instrument and eventually master that skill. Among all the instruments, i think i would rather go for a Paino other than guitar or drums.

This is my cousin’s keyboard which makes me so envy because i am really desperate to learn how to play this instrument. He actually taught me the basics and I was able to play a few notes of my favorite gospel song. This is a Casio though i am not really sure if it’s the casio privia px-130 but i don’t think so because this one is much bulkier and has many buttons on top. It’s so fun to change the tempo (or what ever they call it) from the sound of a normal piano to a Musicbox, Mandarin or even a guitar sound. Anyway, i wish i can buy one for myself though i think it would be a bit risky to buy right now since i have so many things to learn first. Maybe I’ll try to visit my cousin more often and ask him to teach me more about piano. Errr… i hope it will not take that long for me to learn a whole piano piece …(oh and I don’t know how to read piano sheets either waaaah )

Adam Sandler never fail to amaze me with his films. Like all his other movies, you might find it quite non-sense at the beginning of the story but if i am going to compare “Click” to “Jack & Jill” , i don’t think it will meet someone’s expectation because the film is quite predictable though it’s still great and worth watching for. Jack & Jill focuses on the story between the Identical twins and their quite complicated relationship. Jack was quite annoyed with his Sister Jill (both played by Sandler) because of her passive-aggressiveness and clumsiness. Jill decided to stay with Jack’s family to celebrate Christmas with them. Jack is working in an advertising company and his work is at risk because one of their major clients is about to pull out their account not unless they will be able to convince Al Pacino to endorse their new product. Yeah! you heard that right! the Godfather is here and it is really quite unusual to see him cracking some jokes and punchlines here. Anyway, Al Pacino, surprisingly fell in love with Jill. This feeling suddenly became an obsession and Jack took advantage of this in order to convince the actor to endorse the Dunkin Donut’s new product , the “Dunkacino”. Jill was quite hopeless to see the right guy who will love her the way she is. I don’t want to spoil the entire story guys so you better watch it on your own risk hahaha. What will happen to Jill and Al Pacino? What will happen to Jack, will he be able to convince Al Pacino to endorse the product? Oh well, you just have to find it out. If you are an Adam Sandler fan, then you might not include this film as one of his bests because, to be prank, it is considered as one of the worst films of 2011 but still very ideal to watch.

I just tried to configure my Gmail in Microsoft Outlook 2010 last night and I was able to set it properly. Actually I was aiming to use my Yahoo email, however, the POP and Forwarding feature of Yahoo has been disabled not unless you’re going to avail their premium service. Fortunately, Gmail is still offering their free Email Forwarding features, making it possible for me to configure my gmail account in my email client.

Well first, you just have to Enable your POP through your Webemail . Sign in to Gmail. Gmail has a new interface but unlike Yahoo, you can revert it back to its old look. Anyway, just look for the gear icon on the upper right of the webpage (). Go to “Settings” , click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

Tick the Enable for All Mail or Enable for Mail that Arrives From Now.

No open your Microsoft Outlook 2010. If this is the first time that you are going to configure your email client that most likely, you’ll see this Start Up wizard thing right after you open the application.

Just click on “Next“, On the Account Configuration Page, just tick the “Yes” option and then click on Next again.

It will then prompt you to another page. You can configure it automatically but I am not 100% sure that it will work. Much better if you choose the “Manually Configure server settings or additional server Types” instead.

Now, it will prompt you to the Internet Email Setting Page. Just Fill in all the necessary information. Input your display name under “Your Name” field, input your gmail address on the “email address field”. Under Server Information, input the following details:

Account Type – POP3 ,

Incoming Mail Server - pop.gmail.com

Outgoing Mail Server – smtp.gmail.com

Leave the “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)” unchecked. Click on the “More Settings” button on the lower right. it will then prompt you to another small window.

Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

Go to “Advanced” tab. Check the box This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL). Input “995″ for Incoming Server (POP 3) . Input “587″ for Outgoing . Then select TLS from the drop-down menu next to Use the following type of encrypted connection:.Click “OK”.

Conduct a self test by clicking the “Test Account Settings“. After receiving a congratulatory message, you can send a message to your own email address to ensure if there’s no problem with the “Sending and Receiving”

Okay, your all done! Enjoy accessing your Gmail on your Email client!

I think i should be very grateful enough that we have the CAVITEX (Manila-Cavite Expressway) because it makes it easier for me to commute and to reach my working place earlier than what i am always expecting. So far, i never been late to my work and i am planning to keep that standard for a long time. We were assigned into a “7am to 4pm” shift for this whole month of January and I used to go out 3 hours ahead of my schedule. I woke up every 3 am (thanks to my alarm clock who help me manage my time well LOL) and start preparing my things. I prepare the breakfast myself and fix my own clothes too. If you’re going to take the normal route then you might have to spend 2 and half hours traveling especially if there’s a heavy traffic along your way. I don’t have my own car and I don’t know how to drive either so i really have no choice but to commute and bear with all that sacrifices. However, if you’re going to take the CAVITEX route, most likely, you’ll cut your travel time into half. What a great convenience indeed though i am quite worrying that they might close the expressway temporarily because of the on going construction. I’m not really sure what the construction is all about but it seems that it is a big one knowing that they hired a lot of workers just to fix the entire road. I saw some boulders and tractors working on the other lane of the expressway , spreading asphalt and cement on the surface. Not really sure if they are using diamond saw blades for the road but it really seems to be a major project. I just wish that my schedule will not be ruined by this on going expressway renovation.
